iPad Week

This was a fantastic week because we learned about new apps on the iPad.

One of the new apps is called Sumdog. Sumdog has all sorts of math questions and games. You can make your own person and play games on your own account! You can also buy clothes with the coins you earn and you can also buy stuff for your house. You earn coins by winning the math games. It is really fun and awesome! Plus - you can play it at home on your computer or iPad.

We also played a new game called Kahoot! Ms. Moffatt makes quizzes for us and then we try to answer them using the iPads! After you read a question, you have to answer it fast. If we get them all right, we yell "KAHOOOOT!" Yesterday we got to make our own questions and have the rest of the class answer them!

Yesterday we had 2 birthdays! Madden and Sophia both turned 8 years old! We got to eat cupcakes AND ice cream sandwiches!! They were delicious!
